SHIPPING POLICY
GENERAL
Orders can only be shipped to the address provided. To ensure delivery, please verify billing, shipping and required information is correct.
DIRTY TUESDAY COMPANY is not responsible for any broken, damaged, lost or stolen packages. DIRTY TUESDAY COMPANY will not accept nor assume liability/responsibility for lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen, incorrectly delivered shipments, shipments that were not delivered and/or shipments delivered to the incorrect address including but not limited to shipping information being incorrectly entered. If any such incident should occur, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier for any claims.
PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 days for your product to be processed before shipment. Should there be any further delay in your shipping order for any reason (such as low inventory/stock, etc.) we will be sure to contact you ahead of time. Tracking numbers are typically emailed within 24hrs of processing completion. Please check your spam/junk mail folder should you not receive a confirmation email from us for your order.
DELIVERY
Please allow 3-8 standard business days for delivery (not including processing). Delivery times are estimates only; consult your tracking number for a accurate time of delivery.
Special orders (such as custom packages, art, etc.) are subject to extended shipping time of 15-17 days.
PLEASE NOTE: However, due to COVID-19 shipping in your area may be extended. See your local delivery couriers for details.
